VISION STATEMENT: Berg Insurance Agency strives for a relationship of co-service with other community association professionals, where we join together to protect our communities and all of their members. We value the professional expertise of our industry partners and we do our best to make their jobs easier. Insurance is an important part of community association risk management. We strive to be the leading resource for those who place value on making the insurance decisions for their communities.

Berg Insurance Agency has proudly provided California residents, association managers, board members, and business owners with honest, people-first services since 1973.

We actively participate in producing and presenting community association- and insurance-related education throughout the state to help promote the positive effects of education.

We are proud members of California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Community Associations Institute (CAI) Orange County Regional Chapter, CAI San Diego Chapter, CAI Greater Inland Empire Chapter, CAI Greater Los Angeles Chapter, CAI California North Chapter and CAI Bay Area Chapter, actively participating on multiple committees and Boards of Directors. Both Kimberly Lilley and Michael Berg have served as presidents of local CAI chapters, and Terri Guest has served on the board and dedicates many hours to committees that enhance the Bay Area/Central California chapter of CAI.
