President
Jim founded Berg Insurance Agency, Inc.
in 1973 after receiving his Bachelors degree in History from
the University of California, Los Angeles. While studying
at UCLA he lettered in both football and rugby. He began as
a multi lines insurance agent with an office in Mission Viejo.
Over the passed 30 years he has remained an integral part
of the South Orange County insurance community, with his office
now in Lake Forest.
In 1985, the focus in his agency became
providing insurance to Homeowner Associations. Jim joined
the California Associations Institute and has since served
on a number of committees. Over the years, he has remained
active in CAI and kept close contacts with the California
Association of Community Managers (CACM), attending trade
shows and local functions to foster the exchange of information
between himself and the associations he works with.
Jim’s concern for people in
general and his desire to maintain a high level of honesty
and integrity have helped build the agency into one of the
premier insurance agencies in Southern California. With the
continued growth of his large commercial insurance book of
business and continued writing of personal lines insurance,
the addition of his son Michael as members
of the agency, and nine full time insurance specialists, Jim
is ready to take Berg Insurance Agency, Inc. from a Premier
to an Elite insurance agency.
Lyndsey Hudgins

Department Coordinator Lyndsey
Hudgins, a recent transplant from the bay area, has managed
the boundless task of coordinating the certificate department
for the past year. Her knowledge of Certificates and Evidences
of Insurance provides clients and colleagues with a reliable,
vast source of information. Along with her productive days
at Berg Insurance Agency, Lyndsey is a full time college student
and a talented on-stage performer. Her theatrical background
and up beat personality make her a fun member of the Berg
staff.
