General Liability Insurance
Risk is an integral part of running any business. If an accident occurs on your business premises and you are held liable, you owe monetary compensation to the complainant. And these days damage awards can be monumental and surely disrupt, if not bankrupt a business. But an intelligent General Liability insurance policy makes sure that lawsuits and litigations do not wreak havoc with your business.
A typical General Liability insurance would cover bodily injury, personal injury including libel, slander, copyright infringement, false arrest etc, property damage and, finally, losses caused by your advertising. Even though General Liability insurance offers a wide range of coverage for your business there are many areas that it won’t like on the job injury to employees, operating autos or trucks in your business, products, such as food items or toys, subject to recall etc.
There are a million questions that can come with regard to General Liability insurance and we can help answer all those questions. With our board insurance essentials course we can tackle all the questions that might come up and help them make the best possible decisions. We provide lunch and learn insurance seminars for managers so that they can learn about insurance in a way that’s unconventional and fun. Our annual review of the General Liability insurance held by your company makes sure that all limits are met. And our accounts audit gives you a report on the “health” of your insurance.
Berg insurance makes all the confusion go away and leaves you feeling empowered enough to make the right decision on your own. We also help you find that well crafted General Liability insurance that will not only meet your organization’s needs but also give you financial peace of mind.
